What's included

Septic and wastewater installation across the Northern Rivers starts with the block rather than the catalogue, because soil, slope and council conditions decide which system will actually work. Here's what's included on a typical installation with DBN.

Who it's for

Our septic installation service is for acreage owners, rural property buyers and builders on unsewered blocks across the Northern Rivers, including plenty of properties surprisingly close to town. Whether you're building new, replacing a failed septic tank or system, or upgrading before a renovation adds bedrooms, the system has to suit your soil, your slope and your council's requirements, and that's the order we work in.

How we work

  1. Site assessment

Block size, soil, slope, septic tank placement, and where the effluent area can actually go, assessed before any system is recommended.

  2. Approval

Onsite wastewater systems require council approval in NSW; we prepare and support the application so it moves.

  3. Install

Excavation, tank set, drainage field and connections, done in the right weather window and left tidy.

  4. Commission and hand over

System commissioned, explained to you in plain terms, and booked into a servicing schedule.

Why choose DBN?

Septic design that works in a textbook fails in the wrong soil. We install for Northern Rivers conditions: heavy wet-season rainfall, variable soils from coastal sand to hinterland clay, and flood-aware placement where it applies. And because we also service these systems, we install them the way the person maintaining them wishes they were installed.
